We are now looking for new colleagues for a project in Mölnlycke. We are looking for someone with a passion for IT who is willing to work in a global company with development opportunities.

We currently deliver IT support across various services and need to strengthen the team with new colleagues who can start in February/March 2026.

Responsibilities and tasks;

Hardware-related installations for PC devices and networks for our client
Administer and execute orders for IT services, applications, and permissions for staff, consultants, and suppliers
Installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of hardware
Contribute to continuously improving routines and processes within IT support areas
Support our customers at various sites (2nd level support)
Monitor and inform about planned IT disruptions or incidents
Participate in IT-related projects (e.g., rollouts)
Provide Hands and Eyes support in network environments.
Printer support

Our requirements;

At least 2 years of experience in IT or IT operations
In-depth knowledge of hardware systems/platforms and system imaging
Knowledge of operating systems Windows, Active Directory, Windows Server
Knowledge of configuring PCs, Macs, iPhones, and Android devices
Fluent in Swedish and good English skills
Willing to travel for work

Preferred qualifications;

Knowledge of IT asset management and handling
Experience with remote support tools and video conferencing systems
Previous experience in Field Technical Support
Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
